A Diverse Showcase of Canadian Agrifood

This year’s Canadian delegation reflects the strength and diversity of Canada’s agriculture and food sector, with exhibitors representing a broad range of product categories, including:

Pre-packaged foods, commodities, seafood, meat, functional foods, dairy products, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and pet food.

The lineup includes Canadian producers, exporters and leading industry organizations, alongside government and trade representatives from across Canada. Participating government organizations include representatives from Alberta, Saskatchewan, Prince Edward Island, Manitoba and New Brunswick, together with the Canadian Trade Commissioner Service.

Together, they will showcase Canadian products and capabilities to buyers, distributors, retailers, foodservice companies and other industry partners from China and around the world.

CIIE: A Gateway to the Chinese Market

For CETA, participation in CIIE goes far beyond the six days of the exhibition.

CIIE is not simply a six-day exhibition — it is a gateway to the Chinese market.

Since its first participation in CIIE, CETA has continued to expand its role in connecting Canadian businesses with opportunities in China. Through exhibitions, business matchmaking, industry partnerships and market development activities, CETA works to help Canadian companies build meaningful relationships with Chinese buyers and partners and translate exhibition participation into longer-term business opportunities.

In 2026, CETA will continue to leverage the CIIE platform to facilitate connections between Canadian exhibitors and Chinese importers, distributors, retailers, foodservice buyers, industry associations and other potential partners.

Building Long-Term Canada–China Agrifood Connections

China remains an important international market for Canadian agriculture and food products, while Canadian companies offer a broad range of products recognized for their quality, safety, natural resources and diverse origins.

CETA sees CIIE not only as a platform for showcasing products, but also as an opportunity to develop long-term commercial relationships and industry cooperation between Canada and China.

During CIIE 2026, CETA will support a range of trade promotion and business engagement activities designed to increase the visibility of Canadian brands, facilitate buyer connections and create new opportunities for participating companies.

CETA looks forward to welcoming buyers, industry partners and friends from across China to visit the Canadian agrifood pavilions in Shanghai.

Canada Agrifood Exhibitors at CIIE 2026 are ready to build long-term import partnerships with Chinese buyers.
